For all the years I've been riding, and all the various bikes I have owned, this is the first time have purchased and used a Di2 system (first time with any electronic component group). Had to read through the manual to learn how to set it up on the bike, but this was so easy to set up and dial in. The brakes on this current generation Ultegra are improved over the prior R8000 generation, and were easier to bleed. All in all I am very happy with this kit and now understand what I've been missing out on with Di2.

Shop for 40 years so I always went for the top end knowing I’d use it for years. For my latest build I needed to be more budget minded so I opted for the Ultegra. I found this EuroBikeParts through some google searches and they offered the group at a great price! Everything arrived as expected. As for the functionality, it is very hard to discern any differences between it and my Dura Ace bikes.
I did have a small issue with one of the components, I reached out to EBP and they promptly resolved! Great customer service.

Ultegra 12-speed is a fantastic groupset. This is classic Japanese kaizen, continuous improvement. The only thing I would like to see is more chain dampening on the RD for road use, more like GRX SRAM's latest road groupsets.

Sleek design and smooth shifting. Loving it. Also, EuroBikeParts shipped group day after I purchased it and I got it in 3 days in Florida ready for weekend project.

Set up is super simple compared to 11s, parts look amazing and shifting is precise. I couldn't be happier.
